The why seems pretty self explanatory.

Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of American....and many more, do a quick search.

As MM78 said above.

Basically any bank that has actual physical branches you can walk into would be suitable for stealth.

This means no virtual, digital, or Internet only crap "banks" like Chime, Greendot, NetSpend, Metabank. Those are almost all blacklisted by PayPal are are likely to cause problems especially with mismatched names from incoming ACH transfers.

I personally prefer business accounts because the get a whole lot less scrutiny for 3rd party deposits, larger amounts, etc than a consumer account would.

You can get a small business debit card from netspend which allows 10 subaccounts, I would not talk so disparaging about them as they work in PayPal.

Yeah, but you need each employees ID for each "subaccounts". No idea what you're doing to get around that.

The routing number in the sub-accounts across the board is same. I've used a bank like that called relayfi.

there is no such.all real banks is the best and the all virtual banks are ok. Depends on ebay account registration country
