Uaccount

Has anyone used a uaccount and setup the direct debit which then shows on your account as REF: RTN. The 1p is in the account but no code for paypal to confirm it ??

The code can take a few days to appear.

You sometimes need to ring to get the code

avoid them. They restrict your account without so much as an explanation. Still have my cash. Thieves. You contact them and they say they don't have information on the my account. Idiots.

Second what paul said around £1000 of mine they have stole. Still no reason has been given just keep being told to wait for an update. Its been 6 weeks already.

Contact the financial ombudsman... make a complaint, they will force there hand to release the money.

As I’ve said to the guy above, contact the financial ombudsman, if it’s nothing dodgy. Make a complaint. It’ll give them a kick up the arse...

Uaccount don’t like the financial ombudsman.

Doesn’t when using a uaccount. Either a couple of days or.. you have to phone uaccount up.

I have good experience with uaccount , you can open multiple sub accounts so far so good . Using it about 1 year already .

Here we are getting mix reviews.
blocked fund guys can enlight us what "wait" they mentioned in email ? are they looking for confirmation from sender bank or what reason..

withdrawing large amounts at once from paypal gets you blocked.

Especially with mismatched names from paypal.

The only thing that surprises me about this is that you managed to get 10k in before they blocked the account.

They have £1000 of mine, if it was 10 I think I'd be at their office. :fight::fight:

Have you tried the financial ombudsman / small claims court?

The maximum account balance you can hold with them is £10,000 exactly. and when you hit £8,999 you get multiple emails warning you.
