Seems you have to enter your mobile number to get a sms to download the app - trying it out but stuck with the number...using a european number

If you need a phone number of European countries, you can use the service http://simsms.org for SMS activation, and it is possible to rent a phone number

Last time I checked, Ferratum bank accounts have two digits too many in the IBAN # and this is why you can not register it on PP. The same goes for Paysera as far as I know.
