Llc & offshore banks

hello everyone
AS A NON US citizen living out usa n after succeeded create LLC n get EIN
i got surprised by rejection opening business account for this llc from online us bank !
before i start n prepare for this llc i have called the bank n they asked me few papers n no need to visit usa
but after complete all the steps ! i got rejection !
anyway
guys have u ever tried offshore banks ?

no offfshore bank or online only bank

Generally it's not possible to open some types of accounts online- you need to be in person due to regulatory hurdles, this is true in most countries.

ok what about "power of attorney"
if i give some permission to my friend n give him POA n ask him to go n open bank account there ?

You will need to get legal advice for this kind of action - more paperwork than just "power of attorney" I would wager

I've seen some online services in the UK who provide company registration with bank account. Just found them by doing google search. Not sure if they are legit as I didn't open any.

Would have to look deeper into these services - I can bet a ton could be illegit
