paypal is UK as well.





SO this is what they replied after I wrote them an email:

Unfortunately the phone number that I have registered the PP account with isn't active anymore.

What are your suggestions?

Hi! I had a similar issue... I had a US Paypal and I was living at Mexico.. I bought a US phone number from TextNow for $2.99 a month and added it to the paypal account... after 2 weeks... I logged in and deleted the "phake" phone number so that the only one in the account would be the one I have access to...

Then, after another week I called paypal, told them I had issues linking my bank account (NEVER SAY IT'S PAYONEER). They sent a text message to "confirm" my ID and I was then able to add it... doing something like this might work for you!

From what I've researched, Paypal doesn't like Payoneer at all and the only bank account (for the US) that will work it Federal Community Bank... hope you find a solution in your country!

When they sent me the cards I was to a different address I said was away for work I just
provided with a tenancy agreement of the address has sent the cards
