Bank account for paypal withdrawal or other option

Hello.
I am new to this forum. I am planning to buy and ebay+paypal stealth accs.
My main issue is how to get money out of stealth paypal safe.
I am based in EU, so I can't get an US bank account.
I could get UK stealth, but I have same issue...I can't get a bank account in UK.
Will revolut bank account work for US or UK paypals?
Will Bank account need to match stealth paypal name?

Any advice is appreciated.

if your bank is member of VISA Europe,see if you can get a VISA debit card from them and link it to your Paypal account .
