is there any online bank in US that will allow me to have virtual cards online? cards i can easy delete and recreate for free?

Privacy.com will let you - but a maximum of 3 cards per site per account

How it can work when they clearly ask for US details:

Many people also have US bank accounts even if they are not from the U.S. as they can be connected to international PP accounts

Don't they work only in the EU? I don't think it would be a very practical solution for OP who seems to be looking for a free method to verify multiple accounts. I am also pretty sure if you open and close 100 cards, they'd still be on the record and will stay linked to your account for a looong time.
