Payoneer account for stealth PayPal

Hi,

Does anyone has experience of using Payoneer account to withdraw from stealth PayPal (name not matching).

I am going to open some Payoneer accounts but some posts saying mismatching name will cause Payoneer account frozen. Is it true?
