Payoneer demands $30 deposit from US company bank account to get card

I registered on Payoneer not too long ago and it seems like they want a $30 deposit coming from either a US company bank account OR from a European bank account. No VBAs allowed. Paypal does NOT count.

I'm in a pickle, does anyone have any idea to achieve that? Maybe sell crypto to some exchange company and request a bank transfer?
