Created bank account using someone's details
 

Hi,
Found somebody's details online created a bank account in their name. Wondering if this is commonplace within these circles or am i barking up the wrong tree. What are the chances of getting caught doing this? What other methods of getting verified bank accounts do people use?

No. It's not commonplace, recommended, or legal.

Standard procedure around here is to make bank accounts legally either in your own name on in the name of a business. What you've done is identity theft and can get you into a lot of trouble. More suited for a dark net forum.

I can't really comment on how likely you are to get caught, but there are at least a dozen ways in which you could get caught. Most of them revolving around when you try to get money out of the account you've made.
