PayPal email help!!
 

Hey recieve an email from PayPal, does anyone know what this means? Shall I be concerned?


Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in 6023to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments.

It means they don't allow you to use mis-matched names. I presume it's a stealth account ?

It's because you've used a savings accounts. Savers do not support the dd mandate. The bank rejects it when Paypal submit it.

You should still be able to withdraw to the account (which is what you want) but you can't use the account as a funding source (you would NOT want to do this anyway as it would reveal your real name to Paypal)

Is the paypal account not at risk now that his real name has been exposed ?

Yeah you can withdraw perfectly fine with savers, i have them on all accounts. Just don't attempt to fund the paypal with the bank.

still you can withdraw .but you cant add funds from that bank
