I just got into stealth thing so I am not sure whats the best Virtual bank that I can use to verify my PP and withdrawal money to (I am speaking about 1-2K a month as a start)

Don't tell me there are threads about this, all of them are old, and things are changing daily

If you have payoneer account then you can get US bank for withdrawal your paypal money.

If you're in the USA it would be 10x better to just use a real bank or credit union account.

Most "virtual banks" are already blacklisted because they're abused by foreigners pretending to be in USA. Any that aren't would be sketched out by the amount you're wanting to run through.

There is a Virtual Bank which is owned by Iberia Bank of LA.

are you sure AMEX and Capital One do not require SSN?

There are requirements to open a business account,it could be license,minimum deposit ,higher fees,monthly fees etc

I say "most" because I can't say with certainty that 100% of them don't work with stealth accounts. The tons of threads on here about Green Dot, Vanilla, Bluebird, etc not working on stealth accounts were enough motivation for me to use brick and mortar bank accounts instead.

payoneer for 1 time ,bec paypal sending 2 small amount .after few days paypal trying to cashback.
payoneer is not a real bank so poyoneer not working like other banks so paypal wil remove your bank

Any recommendations on where I can open a US bank to withdraw my funds, I live outside US and only way to withdraw is with a US bank, but Wells Fargo requires SSN or visit physical bank with 2 forms of ID, any idea what bank doesnt require this information.

Hello, I see that you know a lot about ebay/paypal, I'm opening a new ebay and paypal account with other person info since mine was suspended, would you please tell me which card should I buy to verify paypal? I need one of those cards with routing & account number. On my old pp account I bought a paypal prepaid card at walmart and it worked good for verifying and withdrawal of my funds, I want to try a different card for this new pp account. Thank you very much in advance for your help

I have used PNC which works good. About to link bank of america next. But have way more stealth accounts than bank accounts now so when I build up PayPal balances from selling items on each stealth accounts I will need more bank accounts to link. What bank other than PNC or.BoA should I use?

Hello, you mention just using a real bank or credit union account. Have you had any issue walking into a financial institution and opening 10 or more accounts at a time without them asking you additional questions?

I had the same mindset about working with US banks and opening one account per stealth account and getting a debit card per account for verification purposes.

What banks have you used and have you been successful opening multiple accounts at a time?

Even if he will use 10 different names,he should give 10 different SSNs..
