Ally Bank

i should have read some posts i know.

Ok i got like 400 US $ into my Ally Bank Account from Amazon Europe.

They locked my account and on the phone she said they do not refund any money.

What are my options ?

Ally is known for this sort of thing.
Unless the amount of money in there is quite substantial and worth getting a lawyer just let it go and move on.

it was in my name (the bank account).......but ally doesnt have a branch.......

Ally doesn't tolerate mismatched deposits. Really, none of the banks with no branches do.

Dang, that's rough.

I agree with Phazorz. Online only banks are not good for stealth. You may get lucky 1-2 times or even lucky with a certain bank but they look into and criticize deposits much harder than physical location banking.

Ally Bank has 69,141 ATMs across the country. This online bank has excellent ATM coverage across the country.
They dont have physical branch

They held my money a good amount. I started a nice case suing them and they released it asap once they got the paperwork. I only paid a few bucks to start suing
