hey guys if I set up a VBA to my PayPal act can I then transfer it to my actual business bank account ? or how can I withdrawal the money

A VBA is used to verify the account ONLY.
If you want to actually withdraw funds youll need to add your own real US based bank account.

you can withdraw to your bank account - however it should not be ever used in other paypal
