hey i am outside from usa want to sell some stuffs on ebay.if i will buy usa account how can i get the money from paypal.

is bitcoin avaible for this? can i buy bitcoin with paypal?

if you have a US paypal account,to spend your Paypal fund or send it to someone ,you need a Paypal cash account,to open a PAYPAL cash account,you need to give your SSN and date of birth.
If you do not have a cash account,your only option wil be to transferred to a US bank account which you dont have.
SO YOUR MONEY WIL STAY WITH PAYPAL FOREVER,YOU CANNOT USE IT TO BUY ANYTHING

1. I recommend checking out the marketplace in the forum for USA account sellers. Make sure you get a good account.

2. you NEED a goof VPN from IPburger to use the account from your country

3. Your paypal needs to have a USA bank withdrawal method or other alternative methods.

I believe we have a PP to BTC service provider in the marketplace as well, so go there and check him out.

2 - no problem
3 - totally stuck. Because to open bank account I need SSN.I'm not US resident. Accounts like Payoneer or similar are not accepted. What are the alternative methods? Read a lot of threads,but bank accounts are the only measure? Maybe if I'm totally newbie,please pm me with at least one way out...
P.S. ebay stealth book is carefully studied a few times.But again,bank account for withdrawal only...

if you can still find someone who will sell you a VBA,thenyou can send paypment to another Paypal account or buy somethig like gold and then sell that gold for cash
