Names to be checked on bank payments
 

Having saw on the news that banks will now share names on bank accounts with other banks, does this pose a threat to Stealth? I remember that if you tried to set up a direct debit mandate with PayPal you would get an email 3 days later saying it couldn’t be set up because your bank denied it (due to incorrect name) but PayPal would still let you withdraw to that bank with no issues. Could this be similar?

This is old news as PayPal can already see the account name when they pull funds from the bank account. It's also been done like this in the USA for ages now.

Here in the UK they don’t pull back the micro deposits after you’ve added a bank. So unless you fund payments with that account they couldn’t see the name

Why not just use your real name on stealth account, it will solve the bank problem or your just not going to be able to withdraw!

I find it easier this way my bank and PayPal both have same legal name, I link new bank account that wasn't link to suspended account. Bank is verified paypal can careless if there a hundred unverified account with the same name
