How to receive SWIFT payments in country under sanctions

Hey I am a residual of a country that is under heavy america sanctions.
I recently wanted to work with some one abroad and he said that he can only send money through bank to bank (SWIFT payment) and he asked my SWIFT number.

Is there any way that I can receive his payments using any means? I mean does getting a VBA help?

What should I do?

SWIFT is used between accredited member banks.

You might want to check into the possibility of getting a TransferWise account.

Does TransferWise wants KYC checks? Is there any way I can get stealth accounts from some where? :smash:

There are many online services to open an account with SWIFT details (Revolut, Mistertango, Payoneer) but all require KYC. I thinks its impossible now to open account without KYC.
