How to open a UK bank account? (Non EU citizen)
 

I want to open a UK bank account to withdraw my funds from PayPal.
I am not an EU citizen but have a UK address to receive mails.
Any ideas?

Walk into a high street bank with your passport and a proof of address.

You can ask a friend or relative,
and another option is to use payoneer bank...

Does anyone know from where i can buy those UK bank accounts? i'm not from UK and verifying this kind of accounts need video verification etc ...

travel to UK and do some shopping as well,kill 2 birds with one stone.
But then there is an Irish who goes to London often and have a UK bank account,accepted Paypal for goods and services.
Then one day Paypal limited her account and asked for UK driver license which she does not have,she has an Irish driver license!
