US PAYPAL + Payoneer?

is payoneer US works with US paypal?
And if payoneer is real name and paypal is stealth - will it work or not?

Any suggestions to get US bank account online?

No, payoneer is known to cause suspensions on paypal accounts now.

Online - very difficult if not literally impossible unless you are in the US with valid ID or in Canada.
