do you have a US social security number and a US address?
if you have a friend in US who would allow you to link his bank account to your Paypal account so you can transfer your Paypal fund to his bank account and trust him enough to remit say 90% or 75% of the fund back to you?
I dont know if this is even possible,linking a US bank account which is not yours and you are not in USA? Quote:
