Payoneer won't leave my money!

Hello. Payoneer won't let me withdraw my money! I sent an ID. But they did not accept this identity. They want me to take my own photo with the documents. This impossible account has not been opened for me. How can I get my money from Payoneer :( Is there another way I can get my money out of there?

What is the issue with taking a photo of yourself with your ID? Have you tried to make one in stealth details perhaps?
