eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Issues adding bank for new accounts

Anyone having issues adding their BA to their stealth eBay/PP lately? I am planning to use either the following:

BOA
Chase
Wells Fargo

I plan to purchase an account from vendor. Although want to get feedback from any veterans if there is any issuing adding these 3 specific banks to new stealth PP.

No issues adding banks.

Try other banks too instead of just those typical 3.

what country bank account ? there is no issues, but there is some differences between countries
