They do not offer accounts in my state, even when opened online, can I use the stealth address? real info , other than address? They offer accts in the state where my stealth acct is ...

The location and name on the bank account is not seen by paypal. You must open the bank account in your real info, paypal cannot see it.

What I mean is , I know its illegal to open bank acct in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name , but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address is ok?

No you don't open it in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address. The bank account should be opened in real info. If you can't do that because Wamu doesn't have any banks in your state then try a different bank.

Have you tried Bank of America? Some people have said they have over 10 accounts at a time with them, I wouldn't recommend that, but if you just have a couple, you could open another with them.

Maxed out with BOA ,Tried Metabank through accountnow, got a message from paypal telling me if I wanted to add that acct I would have to fax the deposit info to them ha

Metabank is giving problems. paypal have been limiting accounts because it is not regarded as a 'real bank'. Be careful about using it.

Yeah I added it to a personal acct yesterday and it went through, called today to get the deposits and the lady at Metabank as like " who is "⊗⊗⊗⊗ name" this deposit is going to be returned bc its not in your name ha , I went to PP and verified the acct this morning , but I assume it will be limited tomorrow..

Can i open this acc in uk.It seems to be only for usa.

Why would you revive a 6 year old thread for a questions which seems fairly unrelated to the original issue?
I suggest you open a new thread and ask your question to the point because it is pretty vague.
