Mismatch names

I saw few threads from few months back that UK banks are introducing some kind of rule that might show our name to our bank when withdrawing from PayPal.

Has anyone got a new PayPal since they introduced this new rule and withdrew with a mismatching name and be fine with it?

Just an experience I had recently. I successfully added a GB IBAN to a EU Paypal and it came back to Paypal as "invalid bank account" after 2-3 days. It was with mismatched names. It could be a single specific case, the bank doing it, or just the direction of more checks PPs is doing.

Same with Dutch iban, last name must match bank account.

It was the 2 deposit verification amounts.
