UK PayPal , US Bank Account
 

I have a uk PayPal stealth but I’m located in the US. Is there any easy way to transfer the funds from my uk PayPal to a US bank account without calling up PayPal and asking them to add my account. Since the uk PayPal is stealth, all the info is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and I’m not 100% sure how it’ll work when linking my bank account as far as names go... is there an easy VBA that I can work with to connect it without any issues? I’m kinda stumped as I don’t want PayPal eventually finding out that my real name on my bank account already has a real PayPal account, and I know PayPal won’t do that unless I have fees that need to be paid and PayPal funds can’t cover it but any help is appreciated.

PS I haven’t started selling on my eBay account because I wanted to get this sorted out first

PPS I don’t want to buy btc and avoid paying taxes and paying a % for the transfer, I’d rather just use a bank account if it’s possible.

US expatriates can link their overseas Paypal account to their US bank account,this is a courtesy from Paypal.
before they do so,they need to remove that bank account and credit card from their US Paypal account
whether it will work for you or not,you just have to find out

Courtesy from PayPal is nearly non existent. LOL.

Firstly has that bank account been attached to any PayPal?

If it has not, you only need to attach it to your new PayPal PROVIDED it is still allowed to do so.

You could sign into your UK PayPal, have a read about the place. If it states US bank account is acceptable, you are OK.

Likely involves contacting PP, talking with an agent, etc - possible ID request...could be quite a few steps to do

For US bank? They don't legitly exist - you could find someone with accounts to help but be careful with trust issue

your stealth account is US account,so you should have no problem linking a US bank account.
OP has a UK account but want to link US bank account WITHOUT CALLING PAYPAL to enter it for him,

Please don’t be telling me you are advising users to phone PayPal to get a bank account added?

Have you checked the PayPal regulations? Please do this so the info you are giving can be amended. Try UK or AUD PayPal as part of test

There was a time you can easily call Paypal USA and someone will pick up the phone,now??
There was a time the bank account you linked to Paypal ,the name of the holder must match exactly with the name of your Paypal account,like Jimmy vs James is no go.
There was a time Paypal can dip into your bank account,now ??
There was a time Paypal was spending 6 figures/day to reward you for referring a new member $10 .some sellers are making $100 plus a day.
There was a time you can open a money market account with Paypal and swept your fund to it and earn interest,that phased out as Paypal is not a bank.
Paypal USA used to have Buy now,Pay later ,now no more.

if i find a freind who could provide be with a usa bank account,will he have any issues legaly,if paypal finds the account is fa*ke?the funds i recieve in paypal are through legal means,
this is my concern

if you link your friend's bank account to your Paypal account and transfer fund to his bank account?
his bank may not like it as the names are different,your friend could keep your money and nothing you can do,also if he ever gets tax audit,IRS would want to know why he is not reporting them as income?
You could also send money or buy something using his bank account.

The bank account is not ⊗⊗⊗⊗,it just have a different name.
Only your friend can complain to his bank,but if you are not in USA,not much they can do.

as to using his bank account via Paypal to send or buy something,you would need SSN and physical address and DOB,but you dont have such,so you cant use his bank account to spend or send payment,only to transfer your Paypal fund

i am only using it to transfer funds out of paypal ,not using them to add funds to it,in this case does it require ssn
