Revolut UK for PP?

I have only withdrawn cash from paypal to revolut with mismatching names twice, but they went through without any problems. Same for Monese Bank.

I have heard the virtual debit works for usa too. i am going to test it soon

Does Revault gives you a virtual bank account? I thought they're just used to send money over from A to B
