what are your views about the Suntrust Bank Account

I had an account opened in it, but after a few transactions came into account plus I did a few Editing in the account (like added external banks and changed some options of Draft fees etc.); the account went into temporarily unavialable..

upon calling too, they said they can't tell the reasons of violations..

how much is it worth it.. ??
if, it works can one transfer amount from Suntrust to Paypal account easily or not..?

Guidance needed..
