Chime Bank Account Locked

I have an account in Chime Bank. But, today when I logged in to my mobile in the app; it showed up the screen of Locked ..

I do not why did this happen exactly. It was working fine for like 2-3 months..

but, now all of a sudden this happened..

I have funds in it too..

can you help me anyone to get it back..

Call the bank and find out whats going on. Noone here can help without having a LOT more info.

@OP, contact your bank and see what's going on - could just be a temporary system update? Hopefully it's not bad permanent news

I heard chime blocks randomly.. is that true..
does this have anything to do with IP addresses as well..
like, if someone logs in using different ips, it can trigger some point in it and block it..

any ideas about this chime bank..
