Chase account locked with cash and I am not in the US

My chase account has 1600 usd in it and it was locked, does anyone know how I can get my cash out? I was told I have to come into the bank BUT I am not in the states. This is all so crazy right now.

This is rough to hear but did you contact the bank and explain the situation about being away and not able to come in? Only your bank can help you actually

How did you open the account?
Are you a US citizen or resident?
Is the account in your name and US address?
