Bank account creation is based more on legitimate ID and details rather than just IP.

Are you trying to make stealth bank accounts? That's illegal - just saying

Oh no it’s because my bank account got hacked into when I used public wifi and accidentally logged into my bank account. Plus I would rather buy a VPN rather than buy my own wifi because it’s cheaper and I can move around to different public wifi or a friend’s wifi

some banks see VPN as suspicious so I was just thinking if IPBurger would flag the account?

I’m gonna ask my bank about it but I wanted the forum’s thoughts on it. Thanks!!
