Can ebay see your bank acc name for managed pay despite not asking for it?

hey guys, Ive had a previously banned acc, i had managed pay, they asked for my bsb number and acc number but not my name, now that was with one bank, I have another debit card never linked to ebay before, is it possible I can use this for managed pay as well? they dont ask for my name, just bsb and acc number, want to know if they can track via name somehow

Usually if it's a deposit, they can't.
But they'll be able to see if it's a withdrawal from the Bank.
