Using my revolut bank card to payin shops 'issue'
 

My last 2 'chip and pin' transactions I have had to sign the receipt. The payment goes through and it deducted from my balance but its say 'pending' on my app.

Its just an issue if this keeps happening at every shop I use my card. The cashier just gets confused and has to find a pen fore to sign the receipt.

The 2 shops are premier and tesco. I have used the same card in this shops before without any problem.

I have contacted revolut help and they said its upto the merchant if they want you to sign the receipt or not. Basically no help!

Anyone else had this problem please let me know?

Carry a pen :doh:

If it always happens in the same shop it could be a issue with their terminal, maybe it needs a software update.

If it happens in multiple ships it's probably a issue with the chip, just get a replacement card.
