I think you mean BIN numbers, not "pin" - otherwise people might get confused.

I tried adding PingPong to a german eBay account and it did not go through. I do not remember the exact error message though. However, I was able to verify Paypal with it.

But I hear, PingPong now requires selfies, so....

The topic is old but the question is still new, is there any good bank to receive money? Cashapp has been blocked.

I have been using CHIME, but I am in the US. I am not sure if their is a solution if you are outside the US.
