How to open online bank account as a non resident?

i need to open a new bank account in another country because of the situation in my country is not safe at all (banks are freezing people's money and you cant withdraw it) so i really need help finding a list of the best and easiest banks in which i can open an account in, im not in EU or the US, coming from a 3rd world country you can say, what are options?

If you're going to use WISE or Payoneer in UK then it's just wasting of your time... I was using WISE for about 6 months of last year and then MP came and I got restriction on my account. Virtual Bank Accounts won't be working on eBay UK anymore.
