In accordance with Article 12 of the WestStein Terms and Conditions, Directive (EU) 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as internal procedures, the clarification of transactions to/from Your account is required. • Explain what is the purpose of using a Weststein card account?
• Explain what is the Flow of Funds of your Weststein card account?
• Please provide us with the Source of Funds / Wealth documents (agreement, payment orders, payslips etc); which match the activity and volume of incoming payments to your account?
• Please explain the economic relation between the cardholder and the parties funding the account
• A selfie of the CH alongside is photographic ID/Passport
• Please also explain the economic relation between the cards linked by card to card transfer.
As soon as all relevant information will be received from You, we will forward the documents to the Responsible department and will do our utmost to finalize the review procedure as soon as possible.
