CreditCard Verification failure. I need amazon account

just want to create a seller account in Germany but I need CreditCard verification. I have 2 credit cards but amazon don't accept them. Can someone help me?

I never had an amazon account but I want one.

go to the forum's marketplace and DM a seller there.

DO NOT respond to some random person who sent you a DM first offering you things.

Those are scammers.
