ebay looks at which banks are abused and block them from use. if you want to make sure , regardless of bank country , take the largest banks with millions of customers. ebay would not dare block them even if they are abused frequently

Many factors affect link bank on ebay.
If you configure the system correctly, then everything will work

I added at least 5-6 different banks without problems and the names were different, I also added business bank, which is also without problems. But maybe banks like greendot and other prepaid banks will be a problem, that's my opinion. For ebay a real phone number, with a clean IP, and no prepaid cards or banks
They also improve the security system, and they know about stealth ebay accounts
