Afflict program requires info I don’t have

Hi fellows. I got a affiliate program I’d like to participate, however it requires US UK CA local residents, asking bank details and tax info to send payment, is there any way I can participate this program, I’m not a resident of the above countries.

I doubt there would be a way to legally participate as yourself - unless you get someone in those areas.

Your flag says USA though...are you not in the US?
