Banks (wells Fargo) monthly bank to bank transfer limits?

I dunno where else to put this and ive called wells Fargo but they don't even know...I'm just wondering when banks limit monthly transfers is that also pull transfers? For example wells Fargo limits 6k bank to bank transfer using the app per month. If I request a ACH transfer from another bank from wells Fargo will they block it? Trying to avoid a surcharge fee for "trying"...

I would think it would fall under that $6k limit.

Monthly transfers are applicable only to transfer out - not transfer in...those are not incurring fees

OP is asking using another bank to transfer fund from her Wells FARGO account,os it should comply with the 6k limit.

I think Chase charges a fee when another bank wants a transfer out
