Does any bank accept missmatch name (not for EB and not for PP))
 

Every topic here is related to EB and PP. However have different situation. Insurance company wants to make a payout for a collision and they pays out to owner name only. Owner is not accessable any more and car is to good to be written off.

So the question is- are banks in EU accept missmatch name bank-to-bank transfers? We are talking about bank to bank - NOT ebay and NOT paypal. Because transfers from eb and pp are blocked automatically by majoritu of banks if name is not correct but how about person to person transfers??

I have Icard account - did anyone tried to accept person-to-person transfer to icard if name is missmatch??

From what I know, Major banks should have no issue with mismatched name in UK.

Not sure if that has changed.

i received multiple payments in uk with wise(mismatched name) from different website.

UK is good to go with mismatched names with the high street banks, can not confirm the newer digital ones that have popped up

Do EU insurance company not issue paper check ?
In US,they do,thats the only way/
