Payoneer - etsy stealth Ukraine?

does payoneer verify identity via selfie? Is just a creative ID enough? Does bank account verification for payoneer withdrawals involve a micro-deposit? then the bank account details do not have to match the payoneer data (actually) if my bank accepts a mismatched name?
I'm thinking about creating an etsy stealth account in Ukraine and using Payoneer for payments.

I have never used payoneer before, I am new to it

How you open the account, determines what verifications you will have to deal with on Payoneer.

Bare in mind that even if you are able to open an account with only a scan / photo of your ID, there is always a possibility that a selfie will be requested further down the line.

The standard bank verification process on Payoneer is to send micro deposits.

I found this post on another forum:

"If you write Payoneer in the "bank name" field when linking an Etsy account, this may be the reason for the blocking. But in the details that Payoneer gives in the name of the bank, there is no mention that this is Payoneer. For example, for a pound account, this is a bank: barclays bank, and this is one of the largest banks in the UK and Etsy will not be able to determine that Payoneer issued you an account with this bank, unless you yourself somehow notify Etsy about it."

this means that if Payoneer provides me with IBAN, e.g. UK, then when adding a bank to my Etsy account I enter the name of the main bank in the UK that provides payoneer IBAN, right?
Now the question is, once I receive funds from Etsy on payoneer, if I want to withdraw these funds to my bank in Europe, does the country of my bank matter?
I am determined to find a way because there is a lot of money on Etsy with really little work.

I have been managing around 10 shops in Ukraine, and none of them asked for a selfie (2 of them have 1000+ sales). Most requested a photo of an ID and a bank statement. The Payoneer name is the same as on Etsy for all my accounts.

where you shipping from ..? dropshipping or from Ukraine ..? and what proxy you are using ..?

When you create a payoneer account, they asked:
1. selfie
2. driver's license on both sides
3. bank statement (of the accounts you registered)

on payoneer they may block if use cheap proxy or request further verifications

for sure - best to always use quality IP and not skimp on that
