Names on bank accounts
 

Hi Brit members

I am due to me getting regular payments by a company and I don't want them to know my middle name.

Ideally I would like them to pay me by Wise, but I'm wondering if they will see my full account name when they make the payment? If I use a different first name will the payment go through, or do they do that name check thing?

on wise they will see your full name if they send from wise

Yeah, and what about high street banks?

If my name is Paul Michael Jones, and I give them the name Michael Jones, that should be ok?

Yeah. Very few companies match things with a middle name.

Wise shows your entire name, I think there is no other application that can work for you
