Best US State for E-Commerce LLC EU Citizen

I have wanted to get into selling in Walmart, TikTok US, and other marketplaces, sadly, without US LLC I am missing out on these platforms, which tilts me so it is time for some action.

After some research, a few states like Delaware, Nevada (anonymous LLCs), New Mexico for no annual reports, and some other 0 percent income tax states, seem like a solid option. To be honest, this is a tough decision.

I would love to know more from my fellow EU brothers about this.
Which state did you pick and why?
Do you use your home country's address or rent a small office space in the US remotely? (Forgot the website, but you know what I mean)
Are sites like Inflact safe to use?

Idk what else to say, pretend I said some funny joke about egay, gayzon and gaytsy.

the first thing you should be thinking about whether you will be allowed to sell there as non resident as most if not all marketplaces would require at least one US resident as company officer asking to provide details like SSN

for starter you can grab a USA residential IP from IPburger.
This will mask your location.

I vaguely remember that you can seek an agent to represent you,someone in that state you want to start business,of course you have to pay him

There are many companies and organizations that offer their services on websites. You can even go to group pages in those cities where you can set up your business so you can find a good advisor.

you cab try to open LLC in Wyoming. I found it best so far.
