I bought 3 accounts, all of which were blocked when I withdrew my funds from Payoneer
 

I bought 3 personal Wise accounts from Europe, all of which were blocked when I withdrew my funds from Payoneer to Wise!

Can you tell me what I am missing here!

wise do not allow to receive payments from the competition , payoneer is explicitly forbidden.

payoneer is not a bank but an EMI

payoneer accept bank accounts from many countries so that you could take a country which you have access to

Define 'the competition'? Seems a rather meaningless comment.

In any event, this is from Wise website:

You may be able to withdraw funds from Payoneer to Wise if you connect your local account details from Wise to your Payoneer account. You’ll then be able to withdraw in the currency of the account details, including USD and several other currencies, to manage your money in your Wise account.

clearly not explicitly forbidden.

My guess would be that they will only allow Payoneer transfers into Business Wise accounts. Did they not tell you what their concern was and how you can deal with it?


IMO you'll never get far with a stealth/fraudulent Wise account. They are known for thorough account verification (with periodic re-verification) and correct/appropriate usage. If you can get past this hurdle will you be able to address verification issues in the future given you bought the accounts.

I think you are right because I read from Payoneer bank usage guide, it must be used only for business accounts so I think Wise do the same thing

I asked their support about this in the past , they told me it was not allowed

anything associated with payoneer is considered high risk

I wouldn't classify Payonner as a bank....

HSBC, Halifax etc yes. These are banks. Payonner doesn't fall under that.

I have sent my friend an old wise account with many transactions... to see if it works... I have also created a study group on telegram...

Finally got a reply from Wise as it's always handy to know for the future should my circumstances change.

They confirmed that transfers from Payoneer to a Business Wise account are permitted subject to their usual (thorough) criteria being met.

I've checked and it is. Whist a Business Wise can be added to a personal Wise IMO you're stuffed. They are so thorough in how they manage business accounts the chances of you getting them to add one you your purchased accounts are pretty much zero even with all the help the seller of these accounts could offer.

A normal wise account worked, but it was more than a year old and had many transactions.

the issue is that using payoneer triggers a manual review which may get any account suspended , it does not need to be stealth
