I do not, can I ask what an alipay account is used for? I think I just use my CC and bank on alibaba?

Alipay is a chinese payment service property of alibaba. It can be used to pay in china sending payments in RMB
Not chinese user need a passport to verify, at the moment i have to renew it, my chinese alipay middleman now is off of work, and i need to do some payments in RBM on Alipay quickly. That's the motivation

Alipay is very popular in China,they use it to make payments for every thing-earting,drinking,shopping,since everyone owns a cell phone.

I think you will be banned soon after you get it, because these accounts are very strict.
