Ebay asking for credit card for reinburment

In need of help,

I never had this happened to me but I have this old stealth ebay account that I had not problem in the past it has no selling limits but now ebay is asking to enter a debit card or credit card in orther for me to list any Item.

I was wondering I know it has to match name and address what will be the quickest way, to verify this account

AVS Credit card can help You, I solved this with my stealth's too.... if need help with AVS, just feel free to PM, I can suggest where and how to get them fast and cheap.
