if i have been suspended from ebay, and try to open up a diffrent bank account through wamu to get verified through paypal, do i give wall mu my real info and address or new one . and if i give my real info will paypal recognize me? thanks

It US only. A US IP won't help you.

yeah, it need to fill in your SSN and non-us do not have it. So foreigners can not get the WAMU bank account? Anyone who sell the account?
