Question about VBA's
 

I understand he basic concept of VBA's but I want to know what are some of the best ways to withdraw your money from an VBA account? Is the best way to just transfer the money to your personal bank account? Can they provide a card to go to ATM's with?

You don't withdraw to a VBA

They are just used to verify an account and make sure its stable before adding your own real bank account

Is there a time period that should be waited until a real savings account can be added? I keep reading its not good to make any changes to a new account, but for how long?

I'm not an authority or anything but I think once you have established a positive transaction history without any big disputes. It should be safe. I'm not sure about a time period though. Maybe one of the big guys can chime in here.

I now wait until the 21 day holds stop and then decide if I'm going to add a bank account for withdrawals.
