Paypal limited 180 days, QUESTION!
 

I used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name to make a paypal account because my original name's paypal account is terminated.
My ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name paypal account got limited and I cannot remove limitation since its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information.
I have bank account already attached to the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name paypal account and have withdrawn small amount to bank before.
I am in Canada. The money I received is less than $1000, from australia, USA, europe, canada.
Question:
1) after 180 days is it guaranteed I can withdraw from the limited account without providing any documents? (since I have bank account already linked to the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name paypal account)

2) I noticed when I change IP and log into my real name paypal account there are only 2 ways to log in.. either provide document of ID or enter a security code they text to my phone.

Is it safe for me to change IP during this 180 days? I used a real phone number on my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account, so if I get locked out due to the IP change, and I can't provide name ID, I can just verify through phone right?

Welcome to the forums.

1) Usually 180 days is the standard rule - I haven't had issues for 180 day period waiting.

2) Are your cookies in place? I haven't had this issue of logging with a security code - I just kept my cookies in place and log in from the user account.

okay thanks whew, i was worried even after 180 days theyd make me provide ID for my stealth account which I cant provide hehe
its nice to know i can withdraw it safely, now i feel more comfortable to keep taking online donations

i didnt log into my real name paypal account for probably 1.5months becuase it had a negative balance on it... then after 1.5 months when my stealth account got limited i paid off the negative balance on my real account and when i log into my real account it asked for ID/phone number to confirm its me because it says I am logging in from a new location (my IP changed)

so i provided the ID for my real account

My real name paypal account also got limited a few days ago... I submitted the information as required (ID+bank statement) and its been 2 and a half days so far and it still says "processing".

question: how many days does it take for paypal to process my documents to restore my account?
