Purchasing CAD PayPal stealth account and withdrawing

Hey all,

I plan to sell something in the $4k range, but I obviously have selling limits on eBay. My plan is to start the auction at 0 and hopefully it reaches the $4000 price and thus I can avoid the listing selling limit of a low $700.

Once this happens, can I withdraw funds into my actual bank account?

Yes you can as long as your paypal has been setup properly (phone, address, mastercard.)

I would advice not to withdraw your paypal funds all at once, maybe 300 a day. It really depends, how old is your paypal?
